Add someone
Account creation is owner-only. Ask Nisarg to add them.
Add someone
Creates the login and grants the role in one step. The password shows once, here — hand it to them yourself.
This is the only time the password is shown — it is not stored anywhere readable and it is not emailed. Send it to them yourself. Their first sign-in also emails a code to this address, so the mailbox must be really theirs.
